Information

Please note that we cannot offer xeroxing facilities so you may want to bring enough handouts: there are nearly 60 presentations altogether but since the registration period has just started we do not know how many people will exactly attend.

Guidance for oral paper presenters

You will have a 35 minute slot for your presentation. There will be technical equipment in the room (overhead and data projectors & loudspeakers plus a PC laptop with Windows). For any other queries please contact us.

Note that in order to save time and to be able to keep the schedule, we strongly encourage presenters with .ppt presentations to send us the .ppt file (with embedded fonts/images/sound files) by the 22nd of January at the latest, so that we can put them on the computer and check if they work properly. If you prefer to bring your presentation and / or use your own laptop, please make sure all works fine BEFORE your talk (during coffee breaks, for instance).

Guidance for poster paper presenters

The poster displays will be set up in room (D29) of the coffee breaks, next to the main conference room (D28). You will have a space of 80cm wide & 120 cm high & we will provide the means to affix them. We encourage poster presenters to set up their poster on arrival so that participants have a chance to get acquainted with your work before the poster session.
