Production manager

ShareWizMe is a French Start-up born in January 2012 in Paris
(France). We are now a team of 6 people and we have an office in
London.

ShareWizMe designs and sells revolutionary collaborative solutions
based on automated open answers analysis. All the solutions from
ShareWizMe are made to help corporate companies engage all employees
on their main issues. At ShareWizMe we help our clients to free up the
discussion within their organizations asking open ended questions and
to speed up their ability to reach collective intelligence.

ShareMeeting (meeting software) and ShareQuest (Online survey tool)
are two solutions from ShareWizMe. These 2 solutions are based on an
innovative and powerful semantic engine able to analyse thousands of
ideas and feedbacks in a record time. All our solutions are working in
French, English and Polish.

With the aim for a quick growth in France and abroad ShareWizMe is
looking for a Production Manager.

Employment Contract: Full time, 6 months Fixed Term Contract
(Permanent Employment Contract at the end)

Location: Based in Paris
Remuneration: Depending on experiences and background
Beginning: ASAP

Profile:
- Spoken and written English up to mother tongue standard
- Strong skills in Linguistics and NLP/NLU technology
- Strong writing and analytical abilities
- 2 to 3-year experience in Linguistic / Terminology
- Interest in HR issues such as Change Management
- Knowledge in survey methodology and survey tools
- Proven organizational and accuracy skills
- Proven abilities in project management and events planning
- Confident, proactive self-starter with strong communication skills
- Another language such as French and /or Polish would be a plus

Key tasks:
- Participating in data-processing for the clients,
- Piloting / running the software during client's workshops events,
- Assisting the consultant during workshop sessions,
- Editing and publishing reports using the software analysis for the clients,
- Resetting and validating in English all the new developed features
  of the software,
- Reporting to the head office in France,
