The Social Computing Group at Idiap is seeking a creative and motivated postdoctoral researcher to work on deep learning methods for behavioral analysis from video and audio data. This is an opening for a researcher with experience in deep learning applied to dynamic human behavior (from voice, body, or face), in the context of a project funded by Innosuisse, the Swiss funding agency for promotion of innovation. The position offers the opportunity to do exciting work on deep learning and social behavior. The researcher will work with Prof. Daniel Gatica-Perez and his research group. The candidates will have a PhD degree in computer science or engineering, with proven experience in deep learning and a strong publication record.
