RegistrationWorkshop Fees
Participants affiliated to French institutions are invited to fill in and sign aa Registration form in French (Excel; PDF) and send a scanned copy to Nabil Hathout. Participant affiliated to institutions other than French may fill in a Registration form in French (Excel; PDF) or in English (Excel; PDF) and send a scanned copy to Nabil Hathout. The fee includes the book-of-abstracts, a conference bag, lunches, and refreshments during the breaks. The fee does not include accommodation. The Workshop dinner on 19th evening is optional and not included in the fee. PaymentPayment deadline. All early-bird payments must be received (order form or cheque) or be booked on our account (bank transfert) by May 22, 2017. Participants affiliated to French institutions are encouraged to pay the workshop fee by order form (Bon de commande). Send the registration form and the order form by mail to Nabil Hathout. If you pay by cheque payable the "Agent Comptable UT2J" (less prefered), send the registration form and the cheque by post to: Nabil Hathout Participant affiliated to institutions other than French are encouraged to pay the workshop fee by bank transfer. All payments are in EURO. The bank account details are the following (also listed in the registration form;). IBAN: FR76 1007 1310 0000 0010 0132 691 Please include the workshop reference number 2017-962-0402-M723C-0, your name and surname and the "ParadigMo-2017" acronym in the description section of your money transfer. Please send a copy of the receipt of your transfer to Nabil Hathout. For any bank transfer made from outside the Euro zone, please be aware of bank service charges. All bank charges for remittances are to be borne by the participant. On-site payment is the less prefered option: only for participants unable to make a bank transfert or pay by order form or cheque. On-site payment is only possible in cash (EURO). |
